He brushed off reports he suffers from bipolar disorder - proclaiming instead that he is 'bi-winning' and decided to tell the world he doesn't suffer from the disorder with his headwear.
But despite his jovial remarks about a serious mental condition, Charlie Sheen last night night staged a march in support of a charity which helps sufferers who include Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The former Two And A Half Men star brought chaos to the streets of Toronto ahead of his second gig in the city as he was followed by hundreds of his fans.
At one point the actor jumped on top of an SUV as he addressed those who had turned out for the Bipolar Awareness Walk outside the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
