It wasn't me: Charlie Sheen claims Kelly Preston accidentally shot herself in infamous 1990 gun incident

Charlie Sheen has opened up old wounds, claiming he did not shoot his then-fiancee Kelly Preston in an infamous gun incident in 1990.
At the time it was claimed that the actor accidentally shot Preston in the arm, which result in her breaking off their engagement soon after.
Speaking last night at his My Violent Torpedo of Truth stop in Vancouver, Sheen said it was Preston who cased the gun to fire, TMZ.com reports.
He said he was downstairs drinking coffee when he heard a bang from upstairs.
Sheen then said he saw Preston naked at the top of the stairs covered in blood.
Charlie went on to describe his version of events, saying she had picked up a pair of his trousers in the bathroom, causing a revolver in the pocket to fall out and discharge.
He said the bullet then hit the toilet and shrapnel from the toilet ricocheted and struck her.
Charlie added that at the time he knew he'd be blamed for it.
Meanwhile Sheen and Brooke Mueller's divorce has officially been finalised six months after they split.
