CBS network announced the move today following rumours the 33-year-old signed a deal with producers Warner Bros last night. Kutcher had earlier hinted at the new role on Twitter, writing: 'What's the square root of 6.25?' The answer is two and a half. He said in a statement today: 'I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes.
